A concierge on the doorstep of Tsavo

Most concierge services in Kenya are Nairobi businesses that cover the rest of the country at arm's length. We work the other way round: our office is in Voi, on the Nairobi–Mombasa highway, minutes from the Tsavo East gate.

That position shapes everything we do. Safari guests get advice from people who drive these roads every week. Residents get errands run by someone who knows which shop stocks what. Travellers get a local hand between the SGR, the airports and the parks.

We keep it simple: tell us what you need, we quote it in Ksh, and when you approve we handle the booking, the buying or the running around — with receipts and updates on WhatsApp.
