What we collect

When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), the service you need, dates, group size, budget and anything you write in the details box.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and deliver the service you book. The lawful basis is your consent, given through the checkbox on our forms, and the performance of the service you ask us for.

Who we share it with

To deliver a booking we may share the minimum necessary details with suppliers — for example your name and dates with a hotel, airline or driver. We never sell your data or share it for marketing by third parties.

What we do not collect on this site

We do not ask for passport copies, ID numbers, card numbers or M-Pesa details through website forms. If a booking needs those, we agree a separate channel with you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years so we can refer back to past requests. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights
