Terms of service

What we do

Prestige Spheres acts as your agent. When you approve a quote, we book and pay third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, lodges, transport operators and event vendors — on your behalf, and charge a service fee for the work.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are given in Kenya Shillings and itemise our service fee separately from supplier costs. Supplier prices (fares, park fees, room rates) can change until the supplier confirms the booking; if a price changes before confirmation we tell you before proceeding.

Deposits and payment

Most bookings require a deposit to confirm suppliers, with the balance due by the date stated on your quote. Payment instructions are provided with your invoice. We never ask for payment through unofficial personal channels.

Cancellations and refunds

Each quote states the cancellation terms for that booking, which reflect the supplier's own policy. Where a supplier refunds us, we refund you the same amount less any unrecoverable fees. Our service fee is refundable only where the failure was ours.

When a supplier fails

We vet the suppliers we use, but services such as flights, lodges and transport are delivered by third parties. If a supplier cancels or underdelivers, we help you claim what their policy allows and rebook where possible. Our liability is limited to the service fee we charged.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate names, dates and details, for holding valid travel documents, and for being reachable on the contact method you choose.

Overseas job consultation

Any employment-related consultation is general guidance only. We do not guarantee job placement, visas or outcomes, and we only offer such services within the licences we hold.
